You might need to reopen a broadcast instead of creating a new one if the reported issue or outage of the broadcast has occurred again. Another reason for reopening the broadcast might be that the reported resolution did not resolve the broadcast, and further work is needed.
To reopen a broadcast
- Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
- From the View menu, select Broadcasts.
- From the list of broadcasts, select the record that you want to reopen.
- From the Actions menu, select Reopen.
