Support for BMC STOP-X37

BMC STOP-X37 product intercepts datasets that are ABENDing due to space allocation problems and routes the dataset to additional volumes. QUICKSTART supports the repositioning of sequential files which have been volume switched by this product. By default, STOP-X37 does not attempt to volume switch datasets which use NOTE/POINT logic, which QUICKSTART's sequential files use. But STOP-X37 provides installation parameters to define which datasets are okay to volume switch even though they use NOTE/POINT logic. See the STOP-X37 installation documentation for more information on setting up these parameters. Members X37EXIT and X37PARM in SAMPLIB should also be referenced.
