Managing BMC AMI Ops batch report JCL members


The Edit/Submit option in the BMC AMI Ops Batch Reports panel opens the JCL member list of generated records.

This list provides options to browse, delete, edit, and submit the JCL.

To display the BMC AMI Ops Batch JCL Member List, on the BMC AMI Ops Batch Reports panel Option line, type 2. The BMC AMI Ops Batch JCL Member List panel is displayed with a table of stored JCL members:

The table is two panels wide. The directional arrows (>>> or <<<), above the list and on the right, indicate that additional JCL member information is available. Use the right scroll key to see information on the right and use the left scroll key to return to the information on the left.

To edit, browse, delete, and submit the JCL in this member list, type

  • to edit a member
  • B to browse the JCL
  • DEL to delete a member
  • SUB to submit the job

Batch report output members

The Browse option in the BMC AMI Ops Batch Reports panel opens the BMC AMI Ops View Online Reports panel.

This panel provides a list of generated online batch members, which can be browsed.

To display the BMC AMI Ops View Online Reports panel, on the BMC AMI Ops Batch Reports panel Option line, type 3. The BMC AMI Ops View Online Reports panel is displayed:

To browse a report, in the LC column on the left side of the report member, type s.

In the following figure, the member, MVBATCH2 in the BSLARD.X reports data set has been selected. After you press Enter, the BMC AMI Ops Batch Report list panel for BSLARD.X is displayed:
