Inventory reports

The out-of-the-box Inventory reports provide detailed and summary inventory information about the devices in your networking environment.

The following table describes the columns and filters contained in the Inventory reports, and the view used by the reports.

Displays the network devices and their details in the system at the specified point in time

Inventory

Inventory Summary

Displays the number of devices in the system grouped by the specified device dimension (or inventory category) at the specified point in time


Includes several tabs that provide different views of data.

The Inventory Summary tab includes the following information:

  • Device category
  • Number of devices

The other tabs provide the same information for devices by realm, device type, and vendor.

Device Status Trend

Shows a graphical view of the number of devices that were online during the specified time period

  • Time period (Year): Drill down to the exact hour when the devices were online.

  • Vendor > Device Type
