BBI-SS PAS dispatching priority

You must specify a higher dispatching priority for the BBI-SS PAS than the IBM CICS targets connected to the PAS.  This way, the PAS can process CMRDETL data that CICS creates in the common data space and manage the connections efficiently.  

If the PAS runs at a lower dispatching priority than the CICS targets connected to it, some issue might occur.  For example, the common data space could fill up or, termination is not processed in time before the CICS is restarted. Timing problems can occur which can cause a lot of other problems in the PAS if it runs in a lower priority than the CICS targets.
