This documentation supports the 20.08 version of BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management.

As an administrator, you can use the available prebuilt integrations to integrate BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker with other products like JIRA Software, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure Monitor, BMC Helix Remedyforce, and so on. Also, use the prebuilt integrations to create tickets from one product to another product, for example, from an issue in Jira, create an incident in ITSM. 

Apart from these prebuilt integrations, you can implement custom integrations with BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker. The procedure to implement a custom integration is different from using a prebuilt integration that involves configuring flows, connectors, connector targets, and so on.
