Automatic creation of a Jira issue from a Problem Record
The DevOps Integration feature for BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management provides support for creating a Jira issue automatically when a Problem Record is created in BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM).

Enahanced activity feed flows to include author name
New flows for syncing comments between Vendor and Remedy ITSM are available. These flows now include the name of the author of the comments. These flows are supported only for Remedy ITSM version 9.1.06 or later.
The following new flows have been introduced:
- Create Change Activity Note with Author (Remedy 9.1.06 or later)
- Create Incident Activity Note with Author (Remedy 9.1.06 or later)
- Sync Vendor ITSM Incident Worklog with Author flow

Support for customized fields in Incident and Change records
BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management provides the flexibility to pass data from custom fields between applictions. Custom fields need to be defined as customizations, and configurations updated to pass the data.
