Client consoles

The two main MainView Middleware Monitor (MVMM) client consoles are the Monitor Console and the MainView Middleware Administrator (Monitor Edition).

Monitor Console: a quick look

The Monitor Console enables you to monitor MVMM operations at a glance. From the Monitor Console you can perform the following actions:

• See real-time data from your monitored objects. 
• Define policies to fine tune what exactly gets monitored.
• Configure events to trigger on certain conditions. 
• Create history rules to filter data stored for future analysis. 
• Create or modify views and dashboards that display the required information. 

MainView Middleware Administrator (Monitor Edition): a quick look

The MainView Middleware Administrator (Monitor Edition) is a licensed, feature-limited version of the MainView Middleware Administrator . The MainView Middleware Administrator (Monitor Edition) enables you to monitor your WebSphere MQ objects and connections.
