seconds_to_wait_for_restart

When configuring, reconfiguring or updating the MVMAconfiguration and a restart of MVMAis required to pick up the configuration change, this interval specifies how long to wait to determine whether the change took effect. This is useful when running commands using the mqtool utility and you need to know the restart occurred before executing additional commands.
