User response: If Netview is version 5.1 or above, then ensure that Netview exits DSIEX02A, DSIEX03, DSIEX14 and DSIEX16 have been enabled. Most likely there are other requests currently being processed and not enough available OSTS available for Access/NV to handle this current request also. This error message is sent back to the BMC AMI Ops Automation exec in the LINE1 local variable, and the request is discarded. User response: The BMC AMI Ops Automation exec issuing the NetView command can be updated to test LINE1 for this error message and reissue the command a short time later, when OSTS will probably be freed up. OSTS (Operator Station Tasks) for use by Access/NV are defined in DSIPARM member NAIOPT00 and may be increased if this problem occurs frequently.
