User response: Contact BMC Support with all diagnostic information.

NA0203E

NAD NOT PRESENTED TO STIMER EXIT

Explanation: While checking the progress of a command execution, Access/NV was unable to locate a major control block. This is indicative of a serious system problem. Access/NV terminates the NATASK with a user abend code 3724.

NA0216I

message

Explanation: Netview returned the message in response to a command issued through a rule.

User response: No action is necessary.

NA0218E

DSIEX02A NOT ACTIVE

Explanation: BMC AMI Ops Automation supplies a Netview exit DSIEX02A. This exit is not responding so it must not be active in Netview or is not properly installed. The command was issued but the response has not been returned.

User response: If Netview is version 5.1 or above, then ensure that Netview exits DSIEX02A, DSIEX03, DSIEX14 and DSIEX16 have been enabled. This is usually one of the LOADEXIT parms in the DSIPARM(CNMSTYLE) member. If not, then verify that one of the DSIPARM(DSIDMN*) members has not disabled these exits.

Note:
BMC AMI Ops Automation was previously known as MainView AutoOPERATOR

NA0221E

NA SERVICE REQUEST REJECTED BY NETVIEW

Explanation: Trying to issue an internal NetView command, an Access/NV component received a non-zero return code. This indicates a problem in the NetView interface. The command will not be issued and further commands may not be executed successfully.

User response: Determine the environment of the problem and contact BMC Software customer support with details pertaining to it. If the problem occurred during NetView startup retry the failing request.

NA0222E

NA CANNOT OBTAIN SWB WRKBUF

Explanation: Access/NV was unable to obtain the required storage for the execution of a command. NetView rejected the execution of a DSILCS SWB=GET macro. The command will not be issued and further commands may not be executed successfully.

User response: Determine the environment of the problem. If necessary increase the storage allocate to NetView.

NA0224E

SYNCHRONIZATION ERROR FOR FULLSCREEN DATA

Explanation: While returning the fullscreen data for a DSIPSS TYPE=PANEL macro from a TS user to the NetView address space Access/NV determined, that the addressed OST was not expecting this type of data. The data will be discarded and the TS session forced back into standard mode.

User response: Determine the environment of the problem. This may occur, if NetView was restarted during a full screen session. Contact BMC Support if the problem persists.

NA0225E

NO OSTS DEFINED IN NAIOPT00

Explanation: No OSTS are defined in the NAIOPT00 member of DSIPARM for use by Access/NV, therefore the NetView command cannot be processed by Access/NV. This error message is sent back to the BMC AMI Ops Automation exec in the LINE1 local variable, and the request is discarded.

User response: Enter one or more valid NetView operator IDs in NAIOPT00 for use by BMC AMI Ops Automation Access/NV component. See "Customizing BMC AMI Ops Automation after installation" in the product's online documentation for more information.

Note:
BMC AMI Ops Automation was previously known as MainView AutoOPERATOR

NA0226E

ALL OSTS CURRENTLY BUSY AND UNAVAILABLE

Explanation: All OSTS defined for use by Access/NV are currently in use and are unavailable to the currently executed command. Most likely there are other requests currently being processed and not enough available OSTS available for Access/NV to handle this current request also. This error message is sent back to the BMC AMI Ops Automation exec in the LINE1 local variable, and the request is discarded.

User response: The BMC AMI Ops Automation exec issuing the NetView command can be updated to test LINE1 for this error message and reissue the command a short time later, when OSTS will probably be freed up. OSTS (Operator Station Tasks) for use by Access/NV are defined in DSIPARM member NAIOPT00 and may be increased if this problem occurs frequently. See "Customizing BMC AMI Ops Automation after installation" in the product's online documentation for more information about NAIOPT00.
