Integrating
As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with various third-party applications to broker, consolidate, and synchronize tickets. You can also synchronize data updates and comments, and map custom fields between the two tickets. With integrations, agents can easily collaborate with each other, get real time updates about the progress of a ticket, and efficiently manage tickets.
