Use the improved out-of-the-box integration templates to integrate BMC Helix ITSM tickets with Jira issues by using BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit. You can filter Jira issues from multiple Jira projects by updating the project variables with the required Jira project names. You can also easily map custom fields between BMC Helix ITSM and Jira by updating the out-of-the-box transformations.
