Required software
The MainView AutoOPERATOR for MQ component supports the IBM products WebSphere MQ 7.1.0, IBM MQ 8.0.0, and 9.0.0. Also note that any references made to the IBM MQ documentation or Knowledge Center also refers to WebSphere MQ documentation and Knowledge Center for those versions of the product.
You can use MainView AutoOPERATOR for MQ to monitor and take automation actions based on messages from distributed queue managers (queue managers on platforms other than z/OS) when those remote queue managers forward messages to the z/OS queue manager by way of channel or other out-of-band methods.
