Overview of the Automation Logger application
The Automation Logger application uses MainView Logger (MV Logger) functionality to collect a history of event and Rule activity as it is seen by MainView AutoOPERATOR Rules processing.
When you use MainView AutoOPERATOR Rules to perform automation, multiple Rules from potentially multiple Rule Sets might fire in response to an event. The Automation Logger captures information for all of the automation activities as they occur for any type of incoming events.
With the Automation Logger application, you can display the event activity history through windows-mode views where you can also filter the display combinations.
