Configuration analysis with the QAOIVPCO EXEC
The QAOIVPCO EXEC performs the configuration level of analysis of the IVP. This EXEC is distributed as a compiled REXX EXEC in the REXX EXEC library. Copy this EXEC from the REXX library to a data set in your PAS JCL SYSPROC DD concatenation. The QAOIVP EXEC schedules the QAOIVPCO EXEC when the QAOIVP EXEC is scheduled with LEVEL(C).
The QAOIVPCO EXEC verifies the following functions:

Total Object Manager (TOM) | PASS: The PAS is connected to a TOM address space WARN: The PAS is not connected to a TOM address space |
BiiZ | PASS: BiiZ is enabled and active WARN: BiiZ is not activated due to GMEACT=NO in AAOGMExx member FAIL: BiiZ is not working properly due to a missing or not connected connection |
VTAM links | PASS: All VTAM links are active or none are defined WARN: One or more VTAM links are inactive |
ZFS/HFS file system | PASS: The ZFS/HFS file system is properly configured WARN: The PAS is not connected to a CAS due to CASID not specified in BBISSPxx member FAIL: The ZFS/HFS file system is not activated |
Rules Registry | PASS: Rules Registry is either not in use, or it is properly initialized in ADMIN or FULL mode WARN: Rules Registry is activated in FULL mode, but CSM is enabled. CSM will not function properly. FAIL: Rules Registry was requested in ADMIN or FULL mode, but either the PAS is not running in KEY4, RTCS is not active, or Rules are not managed by the Registry |
