RTCS requirements

TOM uses Runtime Component System (RTCS) for all operating system services and as its programming infrastructure platform. RTCS improves the reliability of mainframe products based on an IBM z/OS platform by providing support for component-based programming.

Other MainView family products, as well as the MainView Infrastructure itself, rely on the RTCS technology. RTCS must be installed, started, and active before TOM version 8.1 can function.

To install RTCS, consult the BMC Runtime Component System Configuration and Administration Guide. For additional information about how to perform additional RTCS customization tasks, see the MainView Customization Reference.

Is it not possible to have a hyperlink to referenced manuals. Did a search for "BMC Runtime Component System Configuration and Administration Guide" using search online documentation as well as search these pages. Could not locate the Doc like that.
