DB2 workload monitors
The DB2 workload monitors measure the following types of data about DB2 workloads:
- Number and type of SQL calls made
- Amount of buffer usage activity
- Use of CPU time by a transaction
- Lock activity and contention
- Elapsed time for a transaction, DB2 processing, I/O operations, or lock or latch waits
- Amount of DB2 transactions processed
- Amount of parallel I/O for a transaction
Monitor names that have a # prefix means the monitor collects a count; an @ prefix means that monitor collects averages.
