Hello, Is there a way to download all the MainView product PDF spaces in a single MainView PDF space? Thanks, Mario

    1. Dov Kaiser

Hi, Mario. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to create a PDF of all MainView product spaces. You can create PDFs of individual spaces only.

Hello, Feli. It's good to hear from you again.

Unfortunately, you can't save your pinned topics to a file. As a workaround, you could copy and paste the contents of the following webpage to a Word document: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/bmc-theme/myfavorites.action.

Hi, Feli. We apologize for yesterday's outage, which was not planned. Internal investigations have identified the cause of the outage and we have taken steps to prevent its recurrence. We make every effort to announce planned outages to our customers.

Thanks for your answer, Dov. Could you screen a banner on BMC support to indicate a problem ? in the unlikely case such an outage happens again? stay safe, Feli

Hi, Feli. We generally announce planned outages on BMC Support. Regarding unplanned outages, it is our policy to add pop-up notifications for upgrades lasting hours (for example, upgrade outages), but not for brief outages or momentary instability.
