Prerequisites for installation

  • Make sure that your system meets the minimal requirements for Hardware and Software. For more information, see the System Requirements.
  • The ControllerHost must be able to connect remote servers where BMC products are installed through WMI for Windows servers and through SSH for Unix servers.
