Enabling the chat submenu in the Self Service Portal
The chat submenu, includes selections for Settings (if automatic translation is configured) and Logout. By default, this menu is disabled.
- From the IT Home Page, select Virtual Chat > Administration Console.
- Select Self Service Portal > Configuration.
- Select the Application Portal - Interface entry from the list.
- Click Modify.
The corresponding XML section appears in the editor. - In the
<submenu>
tag, change the value of<allowSubMenu>
totrue
. - Set one or both of the submenu selections to
true.
- Click Save.
Note
If single sign-on authentication method is enabled, the logout button in the sub-menu of Self Service Portal (New UI) should be disabled.
