Creating quick links for end-users

Use quick links to make frequently used reference material available to self-service users.

The quick link feature is disabled by default.

  1. From the Live Chat Administration console, select Self Service Portal > Configuration.
  2. Select Show Disabled.
  3. Select Application Portal - List Quick Links, then click Modify.
  4. Example quick links are provided. To provide links that are appropriate for your organization, modify the examples.
  5. Select Enable, and then click Save.
  6. Click Refresh servlets.

As an end-user when you log in to the Self Service Portal the Quick Links tab displays the list of URLs.
