When you click the plus sign icon at the top right of the IT Home page four smaller panels open. One of these panels is the originally opened Overview Console. The content of the other three panels varies according to the options that you choose from the Show list at the top of each panel. The options available for BMC Knowledge Management are:

  • All Knowledge Articles
  • Knowledge Management (KM) Console
