Configuring approvals

This section is intended for the application administrator who configures approvals to work with BMC Knowledge Management. Configuration tasks are performed from the Application Administration Console.

Note

You must log on to the application with BMC Remedy Action Request System Admin permissions or General Access permissions in addition to Knowledge Config permission.
