Note

For optimal performance, BMC recommends that you use web browsers other than Internet Explorer for viewing Reports and Dashboards. Additionally, Remedy Smart Reporting does not support the use of multiple tabs in the same browser. However, if you want to use multiple tabs of the same browser, BMC recommends using Google Chrome in incognito mode.
