    under the 'Using ITSM' section (this page) wouldn't it make more sense to have 'ITSM - Using - Service Desk, ITSM - Using - Change Management' , ITSM - Using - Asset Management'  etc..with links to eách of those sections? at the moment the structure of say 'ITSM - Using - Working with broadcasts', 'ITSM - Using - Icons in the interface'  has these low level specific operations at a high level.

      I apologize for the delay in our response. The topics under the Using branch in this online documentation are mostly common to the ITSM applications. Specific documentation related to using an application is available in their own online documentation.

      However, we can work on restructuring this page to direct users to the application documentation based on the information they are looking for.

      However, these updates will take some time. I shall keep you posted about updates as and when we make them.
