    How can I get each module of  ITSM's user guide as PDF for version 9.1 since I need to provide our client?

      For example, would you like to send the PDF of Planning section as a PDF to the client?

      Hi Oscar Ferreira,

       

      There are individual spaces for each of the ITSM applications. For example, SRM, Service Desk, Knowledge Management have separate spaces. To get the PDFs of these applications, you need to visit the PDFs page of each application. To get SRM PDF, visit PDFs page.

      You can search for each application on the docs dashboard: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/dashboard.action.
