Out-of-the-box reporting dashboards

Dashboards are designed to display Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in order to allow quick and clear examination of actual performance. These dashboards assist an organisation to understand its goals and objectives – essentially, the direction in which they want the enterprise to progress. To help with this analysis key performance indicators (KPIs) are laid down to assess the present state of the business.

The following dashboards are provided out of the box with BMC Remedy Smart Reporting:
