Hello. I have another question related to all of these BMC web-based applications, especially namely ITSM SRM. How does one/what is or are the best ways to... tell which version you are using. The only way I could figure out is convoluted: (Example is for IE) Right click on the website and select Inspect element (what used to be View source) and search for "version". This seems like a farfetched way to do it. What do y'all say? Thanks, Jerry (Jerome Walker)

Please follow the below steps to check the ITSM version number.
Go to ’SHARE:Application_Properties’ form and search for ‘Name’ in ‘Property Name’ field. You will get list of entries.
Search for ‘BMC Remedy Asset Management’ / ‘BMC Remedy Change Management’ / ‘BMC Remedy Incident Management’ in Property Value. You will see the Version Number in bottom.
Please find below screenshot for the same. Hope this helps.
