    Is there a reason the documentation is incomplete?  You have the first two in each section but typically the rest has been left out.

      Thank you for your comment. We are looking at cleaning the content and providing more useful information.

      Meanwhile, the descriptions of all settings are also available on the user interface of BMC Remedy Smart Reporting application.

    Can we expect an update for 9.1.4 anytime soon? The Email settings appear to be quite different for this latest version.

    Since there is not a 9.1.04 link, just to let you know that on the Configuration aspect, there is no longer an Outgoing Mail Server option that I can see with the General Settings section.
