BMC Remedy Smart Reporting 9.1.04


This topic provides an overview of the enhancements made to BMC Remedy Smart Reporting version 9.1.04.

BMC Remedy Smart Reporting is available with BMC Remedy ITSM version 9.0 or later. BMC Remedy Smart Reporting is installed before installing BMC Remedy ITSM. However, BMC Remedy Smart Reporting content is accessible only after installing BMC Remedy ITSM.

Java based BMC Remedy Smart Reporting User Sync utility

This release of BMC Remedy Smart Reporting now provides a Java based BMC Remedy Smart Reporting User Sync utility. This utility, which is installed with the BMC Remedy AR System plugin, automatically synchronizes user information from BMC Remedy AR System to BMC Remedy Smart Reporting. For this, a new escalation, RSR:UserSync has been added. You can change the job frequency by changing the value of this escalation.
