Hi,
I need to know what role is assigned in the purchase requisition? is the assignment events set it for the purchaser role?
Regards,
Ricky
Hello,
Thank you for inquiring. I will work with the SME and get back to you.

Mokshada
Hello Ricky,
Yes, for the Purchase Requisition, the assignment event is set for the Purchasing Agent role which requires the Purchasing User permission.
Regards,
Priya
What field is the Knowledge Optional Review 1 and Knowledge Optional Review 2 roles references as it cannot be the Article Status. The Article Status only has one value of "Content Review" but nothing that matches to the definitions listed here. Basically how can one set up the assignment process based on one or two reviews being performed?
Hi Leonard,
The Knowledge Optional Review 1 and Knowledge Optional Review 2 are assignments events. You can find the details in the Knowledge Management documentation on the following page: Configuring assignments (optional).

Jyoti
The first statement where - General - for Change Management is assigned to the Change Implementer is no longer valid. This was removed a few versions ago as it caused confusion when people looked at the Change Request and saw their group was not assigned as the Change Manager and/or Change Coordinator and the Change Implementer is no longer available on the Best Practice and Smart IT view.
Hi Leonard,
Thank you for your comments. I will work with the SMEs to update the content.
Regards,
Mokshada
Hello Leonard,
Apologies for the delayed response.
Yes, the change implementer related fields are not displayed when a task is available. I have updated the table with those details.
Thanks,
Jyoti
Service Request Assignee is listed in the Event menu but it not listed on this document page. Do the OpCat tiers align with SRD OpCats to set the assignment when Svc Request Assignee is selected as the event?
I looked and could not find an answer in the documentation for SRM 9.1 here: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/srm91/configuring-automatic-assignment-rules-for-individuals-609065498.html It only discusses work order assignments.
Digging with Dev Studio revealed the assignments for SRM appear to be hardcoded with this filter: SRM:REQ:Assignment_SetAssignmentGroup
Hello Carina,
The Assignment events for SRM are listed on the following page:
