To view the latest version, select the version from the Product version menu. Patch 1 for Service Pack 3

This release consolidates the hotfixes delivered for BMC Remedy IT Service Management version 9.1.03 and later into a single patch. This patch also includes fixes for defects covering BMC Remedy IT Service Management and BMC Service Request Management.


To install BMC Remedy IT Service Management, you must have all the BMC Remedy ITSM Applications version 9.1.03 installed on the system.
