Archiving architecture

The Archiving process introduced with BMC Remedy ITSM 9.0 makes use of the form-level association management capabilities that are available with BMC AR System 9.0. Using association management enables the archiving feature to track and maintain the relationships among the BMC Remedy ITSM application forms.
