Process setup data mapping

This section lists the mapping of process-setup data from spreadsheets to target forms.

Note

When entering data, be aware that data in one spreadsheet can depend on data that is either entered on another spreadsheet or already loaded in the system. For example, the company field, which is entered on most spreadsheets, must match a company either created in Company.xlsx or already loaded on the system. These dependencies are noted in the instructions in the spreadsheets.

    Hi,

    There is no document on the description of the columns in the data load spreadsheets, most of the sheets dont provide any description on what values should be populated in those columns, especially the new ones included in UDM. Can we have a section that talks about it. With the details on each column and possible / example values.

      The intent is that field help text is available for every field on a template load form xlsx spreadsheet provided.  This help text is obtained in the spreadsheet from the Help Text defined within the load form for a given field.

        There are some mostly the new ones in UDM which dont have the help text about the columns. for e.g. the SLM_Service_Target_Template

         Below is an example.

    I've learned from support who referenced the internal KB KA398544 that service targets cannot be imported using UDM at this time. It would be nice, if the documentation would contain a hint to this.
