Performance benchmarks

This section describes the tests that were conducted with BMC Remedy IT Service Management (BMC Remedy ITSM), BMC Service Request Management, BMC Knowledge Management, and BMC Atrium Configuration Management Database (CMDB) applications to establish the performance benchmarks. The topics include:

The topics in this section describe the test environment and provide the test results for the small customer model, which represents customers with 300 Concurrent users. For these tests, a concurrent user is defined as a user that executes a specified number of transactions per hour. See the tables in Methodology for a description of the test use cases, including the the number of transactions per hour tested for a concurrent user. The user scenarios and workloads used in the performance and scalability tests were derived from actual customer cases.

      Hi Vadim,

The pdf export issue seems to be corrected. I was just able to download a test pdf file of this page and it's children. BTW, make sure that you use the BMC Standard (with Child Pages) template. Don't use the template that has GLOBAL in the name. This was not the problem in this case, it is just a general reminder.
