Loading data to hub and spoke environments
Foundation data should be loaded to your hub server. All Foundation data that is loaded on the hub server is then pushed out to the registered spoke servers by way of the DSO.
Transactional and process setup data, as well as any non-support staff people records that are specific to the spoke server must be loaded to your individual spoke servers.

The following target forms for foundation data must be loaded to your hub server.

Replace this :
Foundation data should be loaded to your hub server
With this:
Do not use UDM to load Company and Company Alias data for Hub/Spoke(this should be done manually).
All other Hub Service Provider Company Foundation data can be loaded via UDM on the Hub server and DSO will internally push the data to all spoke servers.
All Spoke server Foundation data can be loaded via UDM directly on the spoke servers (this data should not be created on the Hub server)

I do not think this is accurate _ in our instance we loaded the service provider locations and people org and they did flow via DSO, please re verify that people org and locations are pushed via DSO _ Please and Thank you Sir.
