Installation problems

This procedure provides information about finding failures in the installation log.

To find failures in the installation

  1. In the Maintenance Tool, click Install Log.
  2. Click the Severity column to sort the log entries by severity.
    Note the time stamp of a failure entry, and then sort by Timestamp to view the entries immediately preceding that failure in chronological order.
