Accessing Smart IT

To access Smart IT:

  1. (Mobile devices only) The first time you access the application, enter the Host (FQDN) and Port provided by your administrator.
  2. Run the application:
    • (Universal client) Enter the URL provided by your administrator. 
      For example, enter http://FQDN:port/ux/smart-it/#/.
    • (Mobile devices) Tap the Smart IT application.
  3. Enter your user name and password.
