Guest WiFi
The IT content pack provides a service to request guest WiFi credentials for a finite period. The date validation capability ensures that end users specify valid dates.

Date validation
End users choose the start date and the end date for this service as follows:
- Start date—Creation date of the service request or later.
- End date—Start date and later.
The date restrictions are set in Question Designer, as shown in the following images:

After submitting the service request, the work order is generated and can be viewed in Smart IT, as shown in the following image:
