Requester console permissions

The Requester Console serves as the front end for the BMC Helix ITSM: Service Desk: Incident Management and BMC Helix ITSM: Change Management applications. It enables users to quickly submit change requests or incidents.

Important

  • None of the permissions listed in this table need an application user license.
  • If BMC Service Request Management is installed, then the Requester console permissions are replaced by the BMC Service Request Management application permissions . In this case, the Requester console permissions are not available to select.
