Working with logs
You can use the logging capabilities of BMC Remedy ITSM to help troubleshoot issues locally or in conjunction with BMC Customer Support. It contains the following topics:
- Viewing installation and uninstallation logs

- Collecting diagnostics in a zip file
- Viewing the Log Zipper output file
