Resetting a person's password or login ID

In BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, you can reset a password in several ways depending on your permissions and your role.

Best Practices

In case you want to change Login ID of a user, we recommend to use Data Wizard. For more details, see Changing a user's login ID using the Data Wizard Console
