Modifying a task assignment rule

This topic provides information about how to modify a task assignment rule.

To modify a task assignment rule

  1. Log on to BMC Remedy Mid Tier as a BMC Remedy administrator
  2. From the Home page, select Applications > Process Designer > Process Designer Configuration.
    The Configuration Console opens.
  3. Select the Rules tab.
  4. Double-click the rule that you want to modify.
    The Assignment Rule window opens.
  5. Modify the details that you want.
  6. Click Save.

The changes that you made to the assignment rule are saved.
