Deleting a task assignment rule

This topic provides information about how to delete a task assignment rule.

To delete a task assignment rule

  1. Log on to BMC Remedy Mid Tier as a BMC Remedy administrator
  2. From the Home page, select Applications > Process Designer > Process Designer Configuration.
    The Configuration Console opens.
  3. Select the Rules tab.
  4. Select the rule that you want to delete.
  5. Click the Delete icon.
    A confirmation dialog box opens.
  6. Click Yes to delete the selected rule.

The selected task assignment rule is deleted.
