Accessing BMC Remedy Smart Reporting from mobile devices

BMC Remedy Smart Reporting is available on mobile devices such as Apple iOS and Google Android. However, to access the BMC Remedy Smart Reporting content, you must use Remedy with Smart IT (Smart IT) (from version 1.6). For instructions on accessing the latest version of Smart IT on your mobile devices, see  Accessing Smart IT Open link

For downloading the BMC Remedy Smart Reporting mobile application, see the  Installing Smart IT Open link section in the Remedy with Smart IT online documentation.

For the BMC Remedy Smart Reporting mobile application to work, you must use a certificate signed by an authority. For example, a certificate signed by Verisign. The BMC Remedy Smart Reporting mobile application does not work if you use self-signed certificate.
