Remedy Smart Reporting license expiration

BMC Software is alerting users to an issue that requires immediate attention in versions 9.1, 18.05 and 18.08 of Remedy Smart Reporting. If you have any questions about the issue, contact Customer Support.

Issue

The license for Remedy Smart Reporting versions 18.08 and earlier will expire on December 31, 2020.

You cannot use any of the impacted versions of Remedy Smart Reporting after the license expires.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, you must renew the Remedy Smart Reporting license. The license file can be downloaded from our Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) website.
