Quote:"The Mid Tier login screen is displayed." What if RSSO is in place? Will the user automatically be logged in?

We're a RaaS customer, currently on 18.05, patch 4. What is the port number to use? I've tried using both of the following URLs: - https://swc.onbmc.com:8443/arsys/smartreporting - https://swc-sr.onbmc.com:8443/arsys/smartreporting In each case, I get an error message (Firefox) "Unable to connect. Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at swc.onbmc.com:8443", (Chrome) "This site can’t be reached. The webpage at https://swc.onbmc.com:8443/arsys/smartreporting might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

We discovered internally we can connect without a port number in the URL, rather, just using http:///arsys/smartreporting (e.g. https://xxx.onbmc.com/arsys/smartreporting

Yes, Amol, as noted in comment posted on 10/30, we had discovered internally that we could access Smart Reporting directly using https://xxx.onbmc.com/arsys/smartreporting (where xxx is replaced with our PROD environment 'swc'. RSSO is in place so we are automatically logged in.
