Configuring Statistics cards to view different categories of tickets

The Statistics Card Bar and Statistics Card components are available in the Common Components section of the View Designer. These components are visible only if you deploy the Common components bundle.

The Statistics Card Bar and Statistics Card components represent different categories of tickets as separate cards and give a quick overview of tickets that are open in your application.

The Statistics Card Bar is a parent component that holds multiple Statistics cards representing different categories.

Add a key that maps a process with a specific card. Should this be a process name? Something else? Please provide detailed instructions on how to configure the Statistics Card to display a dynamic value. It is impossible to find out with the current documentation.

      Hello Robert,

Apologies for the delay in response.

Some of the view components might be visible but not intended for global use and, therefore, are not documented. Percentage card is one such view component.
