BMC Helix Dashboards is the strategic direction for BMC's investment into innovative reporting and dashboarding capabilities for BMC’s Service and Operations Management solutions. Now that BMC Helix Dashboards is available for both On premises and SaaS deployments, BMC is starting the end-of-life process for Smart Reporting and its use with the BMC Service Management solutions.

IBM Watson Tone Analyzer integration with BMC Helix Innovation Studio
IBM Watson Tone Analyzer is no longer available from February 24, 2023.
BMC will no longer activate new BMC Helix Innovation Studio customers with IBM Watson's Tone Analyzer capability effective April 13, 2022.
BMC is reviewing options with IBM for potential replacement capabilities for its intelligent user sentiment detection.
