Onboarding and implementing
BMC has consolidated Service Management products into a single environment known as BMC Helix Innovation Suite that combines capabilities of AR System and BMC Helix Innovation Studio. This allows you to simplify your deployment architecture significantly and considerably reduce operational costs.
BMC Helix Innovation Suite simplifies administration, provides new development capabilities, improves the ability to interoperate between applications, and reduces operational costs.
Onboarding and implementing BMC Helix Innovation Suite
Before you make BMC Helix Innovation Suite available to the users in your company, as an administrator, complete the following system configurations:

However, if you are using SAML-based authentication within your organization and want to configure BMC Helix Single Sign-On to use that for authentication, you must submit a request to BMC Support for the BMC Helix Single Sign-On configuration with SAML. |
